If you have followed Inseego’s (or your preferred AI’s summary) instructions for a factory reset and have not been successful, it’s likely that after the factory reset process you need to turn your Inseego device off and back on. If you still do not see results, follow these instructions:
1. Locate the reset button on the back of the unit, as shown above.
2. Despite the Inseego instructions asking you to hold down the button for 6-7 seconds, hold it down for 30 seconds.
3. After depressing the button, remove the power cable from the Inseego device and wait 30 seconds.
4. Restore power to the unit, and wait until the front LED is solid green.
Your Inseego device should now be fully factory reset.
